Which Operating Systems does Automation Center support?
OpsWise Automation Center can run on a variety of platforms, and automate workload on others. The Automation Center server can reside on Linux, Windows, Solaris, AIX, HP-UX, z/Linux, and z/OS. We have Agents that automate workload on all of these platforms as well.
Which Browsers does Automation Center support?
We work on most common web browsers including: Microsoft Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari, and Opera. Additionally, as we are 100% HTML and JAVAScript, with no flash or large Applets to download, we also work on other devices with browsers such as a smart phone.
Does Automation Center require a dedicated server?
No, Automation Center does not require a dedicated server, and has rather modest server requirements.
What is the minimum configuration to run the Automation Center Server on Linux or Windows?
Automation Center performs very well on:
Single CPU 2.0 GHz or higher server 2Gb RAM 50+ Gb Available Disk Space (The application only takes a few 100 MB, but it depends on task volume and how much historical data you require)
Do the installed remote Agents require a JVM?
No.
