Workflows
 A central component of OpsWise Automation Center is the integrated drag-and-drop workflow definition tool. This feature allows you to define workflows that closely model your business processes. While working within the workflow module, you can import existing task definitions or create new tasks on the fly. You can develop simple or complex workflows and zoom in or out to view the details or overview as required. When the workflow kicks off, you can monitor its activity in a table view or graphically or both. You can create your own activity displays, specifying which activity you want selected and what details should be included. Like the workflow itself, the activity display is completely customizable.
 FTP & SFTP File Transfer Management
Centrally, you can manage FTP and Secure FTP's from one server to any other server - Windows, Linux, UNIX, and z/OS. Upload and download single files or bulk transfers, create and remove directories, use date stamps, and delete files. The FTP Monitor task enables you to monitor for existing and missing files on FTP Servers, and then trigger next steps in a workflow.
Comprehensive File Monitors
OpsWise possesses real-time, high volume file monitoring at the OS Level. You can monitor for the Creation, Deletion, or Change in a file and react to conditions such as change in file ownership, file contents, or file size. File Monitors can be used as steps in workflows and also be used to trigger the commencement of a workflow. You can pass file information such as file name and location as input parameters to operating system and database tasks.
Reporting & Management of File and FTP Activity
For reporting, Automation Center provides a built-in report generator. You can use existing reports or create your own workload reports. These can be displayed in the user interface, printed out, or exported as PDF, Excel, or XML-formatted files. Report distribution via email is also integrated, enabling you to schedule reports in the format of your choice for regular deliery. With one-button push, a report can be published as a URL for inclusion in an Intranet and also turned into a Gauge for inclusion on your home page.
