Dear OpsWise Customer:
A few short years ago, the OpsWise team came together to create the most modern
and advanced workload automation tool on the planet. A solution that could not
only manage the next-generation workloads that are emerging in the data center,
but one that could also manage your existing workload as well.
Three years and five releases later, OpsWise Automation Center has been
recognized as a value leader and true innovator in the workload automation space.
We were only able to achieve this success thanks to our customers who were our
early adopters and provided great feedback along the way.
I am happy to announce that we’re taking the next step on this mission and, effective
today, OpsWise is merging with Stonebranch Inc.
While many of you may not be familiar with Stonebranch, for over a decade they
have become a trusted provider of independent job scheduling agents and managed
file transfer solutions to well over one hundred large enterprises with operations in
the United States and throughout Europe.
We had the opportunity to get acquainted with the Stonebranch team over the past
year, first as strategic partners, and now as colleagues. There were four compelling
reasons why we have chosen to partner with Stonebranch that I would like to share
with you:
1. Our respective products are a natural fit, and the teams share a common
vision for the future of workload automation.
2. They really focus on having strong working relationships with their
customers to help them solve their automation challenges.
3. A strong presence in both North America and Europe - with excellent product
support on both sides of the Atlantic.
4. Their love of creating great new software for their users matches our own.
We feel together we can deliver amazing breakthroughs in IT Automation.
The combined entity will carry the Stonebranch name and all OpsWise employees
are now part of the new company.
As a key piece in the new company’s growth strategy, OpsWise customers will
receive several benefits. First, OpsWise customers will be able to leverage
Stonebranch’s existing support and services infrastructure. Second, over the
course of the next year, Stonebranch’s technology will be integrated into and work
seamlessly with Automation Center – providing new automation possibilities.
Over the next several weeks, more information regarding the product integration
strategy and roadmap for all products will be made available to our customers. In
